I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were new and perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed but unfortunately very small and cramped. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, although not all services were on par with the reception team. The location was amazing, central to shopping and food, but it lacked certain facilities like a pool. The dining was expensive but of good quality, with a variety of options, yet there were some unsettling experiences during breakfast.
